The home provided a beautiful and cozy atmosphere for our family gathering, complimented by lovely spaces that allowed everyone to relax. Enjoyed the succulent steaks during our stay, which was a highlight. However, we faced some challenges with the kitchen, such as a non-functional refrigerator that made last-minute planning necessary and expired coffee beans that were not drinkable. These issues detracted from an otherwise lovely experience.

missingWrote a review on 14 Novlarge backyardempty hot tubuncomfortable layout
The large backyard is great for outdoor gatherings.
During our stay, we were shocked to find the hot tub empty and unusable upon arrival. Despite the owner's apologies, we had to fill it ourselves, and it didn't heat up until the next morning, leaving us disappointed. Additionally, the layout of the rooms lacks privacy, especially the two-bedroom suite. outsiders coming and going made it uncomfortable for our family.

missingWrote a review on 21 Octprivacy issues
The two-bedroom suite didn't provide much privacy, as the second room opens directly to the kitchen. Other guests coming and going made it feel less like a retreat and more like a communal space, which was uncomfortable for family gatherings. Additionally, the hot tub was empty upon arrival and took until the next morning to heat up properly, so it didn’t meet our initial expectations. Lastly, the fridge filter needed replacing because the water tasted off.

The Queen Suite was super comfy, and I really enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge area after a long day. The bbq facilities and the leisure room were perfect for relaxation on a sunny afternoon. Only downside was that the common areas felt a bit crowded at times, but it didn't really take away from my stay! 😊

The Grape Escape Inn & Suites was a delightful surprise! The spacious Victorian home was beautifully furnished with a fully-stocked kitchen, and we loved the outdoor fire pit for making s'mores. Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The two-bedroom suite felt spacious but lacked privacy, as the layout connected to the kitchen made it less ideal for family gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen allowed for enjoyable meals, and the outdoor amenities, including a fire pit, added charm to our stay.

It was just a solid selection for a short interlude in Lodi with decent value for money. The shared cooking space had all the basics, which made meal prep easy. Lock your door if you want to avoid any surprises from others wandering about.
